Randy, last year's Humanitarian Award Winner, was at the ceremony this year to speak about the award, and present this year's honor to Trace Adkins. Adkins was named the Country Radio Broadcasters' artist humanitarian of the year during ceremonies Wednesday (Feb. 24) at the Country Radio Seminar in Nashville.
